- Decide the most appropriate ways to communicate during the change process
- Identify the characteristics of leadership which are needed to take change forward
- Identify ways of shifting the balance of responsibility during change

- Who drives change forward? - Key roles and responsibilities
- Identifying the catalysts and knock on effects of change
- Analyse what contributed to past success and achievements and how contributing elements can be built into future developments as a result of change
- The effects of lack of communication and ‘need to know' policies during change
- Defining information needs and establishing communication networks to drive and support change
- The needs of stakeholders and developing a communication process to meet these during change
- Characteristics of leadership and behaviours which demonstrate these during change
- Establishing control and responsibility needs during change
