Target Audience
We recognise the unique human qualities of individuals need balancing against the needs and aspirations of the organisation. Many organisational issues are linked to communication break down and people feeling ‘wound up' by one another. Our main focus in this workshop is to enhance the quality of relationships by challenging the understanding of individual's contribution through self analysis, group discussion, team tasks and review in a supportive way.

- Getting the best from different motivational styles within the team
- Understanding the potential impact of your own motivational style on others in the team
- How to be more effective in your communications with others in the team
- How to reduce the likelihood of conflict in teams through enahnced understanding
- Spotting when others are opposed to your message or feel in conflict, and strategies for reducing the impact
