This workshop is specifically for managers who are facing change and wish to take a considered and planned approach, collaborating with their team and other teams.
Key Objectives
At the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:

- Recognise what makes staff and the organisation more responsive to change
- Develop a clear vision for the future following change
- Create a framework for change
- Identify the roles and responsibilities of managers to support the change process

- Identifying the need for Change by devising a strategy and identifying the catalysts and barriers to change
- Analysing the current situation, by exploring common values, characteristics and behaviours within the change environment
- What makes an organisation change ready? What do we need to change?
- Identifying actions to be responsive to change
- Creating a vision and mission for the change
- Defining future aims for the change
- Considering the impact of change and the approaches to introducing change
- Planning and implementing the change process, including taking the best from the past and encouraging receptiveness to change
- Auditing competencies within the team and potentially as an organisation
