Parris King

Our Working Ethos

Parris King is always evolving and developing just like people do. We have a commitment to keep things fresh. We don't accept failure; we keep looking for other ways to do things. We like overturning the "stones" so we can see what's on the other side.

Parris King don't train up talented people and give them a bunch of manuals and send them forth to work with our clients. Each and every member of our team and Associates has to undergo extensive internal training so that they understand our ethos, our flexible ways of working, and how we develop relationships with our clients. Only when they have achieved the standards we require will they build their own client portfolio and of course, manage and run their own programmes.

We are also choosy about our clients - our ethos here is "Keep good company - playing on the wrong playground with the wrong kids is neither fun nor productive.".

Our commitment to you is that development activities aren't off the shelf; neither are we.

This website contains a lot of information about us and what we do - but it's no substitute for a conversation.

To understand how we could help, and whether you could work with us, please call us on 01332 381888 - we'd love to hear from you.

The easiest way to understand how we can help, and whether you feel that you could work with us, is to begin with a conversation. You will not be subjected to a "hard sell" as we often find that people get value out of the exploratory discussion, whether or not we go on to work together.
